Spencer J. Leech, III, Vice President Real Estate Services Mr. Leech joins the Severn Companies in November 2005 with over 16 years of real estate experience. He will oversee condominium association management and real estate brokerage for the Severn Companies. From 2000 to 2005 Mr. Leech specialized in telecommunications infrastructure leasing at Crown Castle International moving from Account Executive in Virginia to Sr. Account Executive in the Mid-Atlantic to Business Development Manager in New York. In these positions he negotiated over $15M annual new lease and license revenue, $36M in construction service revenue, and four new master agreements. Previously, he held real estate positions at Network Building and Construction, Champion Commercial Realty, O'Conor, Piper & Flynn, Sotheby's International Realty, and Church Circle Realty.
