Ms. Garyantes has been with the Severn Companies since 1996.  She is responsible for the performance, operations and personnel of over 28 properties.  Ms. Garyantes’ role is to manage the properties and she is an essential liaison between the management company, the property owners and Rural Development offices in Maryland and Delaware.  She must also stay up to date on all fair housing regulations and ensure the properties stay in compliance with all rules and regulations.

Ms. Garyantes is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) as well as a CPM with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
