Mr. Kirkpatrick is responsible for development, acquisitions, finance and investor relations for the firm. Mr. Kirkpatrick joined The Severn Companies in 2007, as an investment partner, bringing with him over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and investment. Prior to Severn, Mr. Kirkpatrick worked with a select group of multifamily real estate investors and developers, as clients, and as a commercial real estate lender with large financial institutions including: Credit Suisse First Boston, Arbor Commercial Mortgage and Deutsche Bank -Berkshire Mortgage.
