SEVERN MANAGEMENT Severn Management Company is a full service multi-family property management company located in Annapolis, MD. Severn Management is the largest manager of Rural Development housing in Maryland, and is constantly adding to its portfolio of owned and fee managed properties. As a unit of Case Edwards Associates, Severn Management has developed, owned and managed over 5,000 units of multi-family housing, with a concentration on providing low-income housing in rural areas. The company currently manages 65 properties, or a total of 3,497 units, in Maryland, Virginia and Delaware. Of those 65 properties, 17 are tax credit properties, five are HUD properties, and 58 are financed through the Department of Agriculture Rural Housing Service, with whom Severn Management has a 25-year relationship.
