Ms. Williams has worked for the Severn Companies since 1996.  She has held several positions within the company including Property Manager and HUD Coordinator.  Ms. Williams focuses on compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and on site management staff training. 

Ms. Williams is a C3P and recently received the ARM® designation from The Institute of Real Estate Management.
